Candidate Requirements

As President and as directed by the Constitution, a presidential candidate must be a natural born citizen of the United States, a US resident for 14 years, and 35 years of age or older. These requirements do not prohibit women or minority candidates from running.
For Congress & Federal requirements. No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty years, and been nine years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
